Information we collect

If you become a streamingcolors.com member or participate in our surveys we will ask you to create a unique fictitious user name and password to protect your actual identity. We will collect your email address in order to re-contact you. We will not sell, rent or share the email address you give us with any third parties.

If you offer a comment in a survey or in our "Feedback" area, we will not publish it unless we first contact you by email to ask your permission. If we publish it we will identify you only by your fictitious user name, and in some cases your age or the city and state in which you live, unless you give us express permission to use your real name.

From time to time we may aggregate information about our users to help us identify trends or determine the effectiveness of our programs and products. We may post aggregate information on our site for the interest of other members or the public. But we will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent.

When you become a member you may decide to take a baseline survey of your current fitness habits and status against which to compare future improvement. You will use your fictitious user name for this survey and the information you provide will be stored and shared with you at a later date. We will not share your personally identifiable information from this survey with any third party. We may aggregate anonymous statistical information from these user surveys to show, for example, how much improvement a demographic group or sub-group has made over a period of time. Our intent in sharing this aggregate information is to make fitness and health improvement more interesting and fun, and to perhaps spark competition between demographic groups.

When you order products from us we will collect your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number, credit card number and its expiration date, in order to process and fulfill your order and track its status. We collect and store this information in an industry-standard secure environment. We will not rent, sell or share any of this information to or with any third party. However, if we are required by law or legal process to provide this information we will cooperate fully.

Streamingcolors.com offers you the ability to forward a coupon to another person via email. We will ask for the recipient's email address in order to send the coupon and we will also ask for your email address in case the coupon cannot be delivered. We will not use the recipient's email address for any other purpose.

If you link to another site from streamingcolors.com you will be governed by their privacy policies and security measures and will be responsible for becoming familiar with those policies and measures.

Information we store

We save information about your past and current orders as a convenience to you. Log in to "My Account" using your unique user name and password. If you forget your password, we will verify your identity and email it to an email account you have pre-selected.

We store cookies, packets of your unique information, on your browser as a convenience to you, so that, for example, you do not have to log in repeatedly during a shopping cart session. You have the option of turning off cookies in your browser settings, but it may affect how our site performs for you. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website.

Opt-in/opt-out policy

You may be asked from time-to-time whether you are interested in signing up for "Streamail" in order to receive news and special offers. If you wish to discontinue receiving Streamail or any other email notices from us you may click on the unsubscribe link at the end of the email, or follow the other specific directions at the end of each email. You may still be contacted by us by email for e-commerce confirmation, or for other important legal notices.

How we secure your information

Streamingcolors.com uses industry-standard tools such as SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of your credit card information if you choose to conduct an e-commerce transaction on our site. All of your member or survey information requires use of your password. You are responsible for protecting your password and we recommend that you do not share it with anyone.

Guidelines regarding children

Streamingcolors.com is concerned about the protection of children's privacy and does not encourage participation or visitation by children. Visitors who are known to be less than 16 years of age are prohibited from becoming a member.
